Honouring a Life Memorial Tree Program

The planting of 1 memorial tree in the honour of Roger P. Kelly has been arranged by Steve and Kathy Brinker.

Some of the most memorable and funniest times I had during my Naval career included Roger. I thank God for having such a great and true friend, and the privilege knowing him. Surely, God Almighty has welcomed him into paradise with open arms. I can't see it any other way. RIP Brother. Steve
